From the modest beginning of providing minor plant maintenance repairs and services since 2001, the Company has developed into renowned force in providing a more complex and integrated services, including plant turnaround works.

In undertaking the above works, HRSB is supported by our own subsidiaries company, HRSB Plant Services Sdn Bhd who are expert in their fields to deliver high quality services to the client.

COREWORKS

The Company undertakes contracts from clients to carryout fabrication of piping and structural steel for oil, gas and petrochemical plants in the area.

The fabrication works are carried out in our fabrication yards located in Masjid Tanah, Melaka and Paka, Terengganu. The Company has been handling many projects which involves multi discipline works i.e. mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation works.

HRSB has been involved in scaffolding works in construction, plant maintenance as well as plant major turnaround services in various oil & gas & petrochemical plants.

HRSB is capable of providing Conventional tube & fitting and quick erect, modular  systems incompliant with BS 1139 with capacity of 230,000m3 of scaffolding materials.

In the last 13 year we have secured the contract for scaffolding supply, delivery erection & dismantle for plant maintenance services & during plant turnaround for Optimal Chemicals (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kerteh, Terengganu.

We provide Hydrojetting services ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 PSI pressure. These mobile

Hydrojet machines are either diesel or electrical driven with various type of nozzles and accessories to suit the job requirements.

This scope of works is designated to our subsidiaries, HRSB Power Control Sdn Bhd who are expert in design, control systems, instrumentation and programming the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) & Distributed Control System (DCS).
